Return Policy

If your order was lost or damaged in transit 

  If the order was damaged; and it was insured, keep the packaging! You will need it to file your claim with the appropriate mail carrier.

  If you believe your package was lost; and it was insured, please contact us as soon as possible and contact you local carrier.

  If your package was not insured you will not have any recourse.

If you believe we have overgraded a comic

  Please let us know. We will either credit your account, refund you, or ask you to return the item for inspection.

  In the case of an item returned for inspection, if our senior graders agree that we made an error, we will refund you the purchase price and reimburse you for the cost of shipping. If our senior graders determine that the books do meet our Overstreet-based standards, we will refund you the purchase price only.

  Comics graded by CGC are not returnable.

If we have sent you the wrong book or failed to send a book

  Please let us know. We will credit your account, refund you, or ship the proper item, as appropriate. If we need you to return the book, we will reimburse you for basic ground shipping.
